Who we help

Providing support where it’s needed

Across the Angus Knight Group, we specialise in helping people who are experiencing disadvantage or barriers to employment.

This includes people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, the long-term unemployed, people living with disability, First Nations communities, parents and carers, young and mature-aged people.

Our companies and partners help employers to find, train, recruit, on-board and support all types of employees, providing practical assistance to create a more diverse workforce.

We tailor our employment support for people living with disability based on each individual’s capabilities and needs.

And our dedicated programs for First Nations engage with communities on their own terms, providing training and integrated employment pathways as well as developing business enterprises for long-term employment and economic impact.

We help young people, mature-aged job seekers, parents and carers to overcome barriers, develop their skills and open up pathways to employment.

And we help local communities to thrive.
