AngusKnight Pty Ltd is the holding company for the group. 100% Australian-owned, it was co-founded in 1991 by Duncan Angus. Angus Knight provides services in three key areas:
Employment services
Jobfind Centres Australia
Jobfind Centres Australia connects job seekers with employment opportunities that are in demand in their local area, while also supporting individuals with training, wellbeing, and post-employment support. By doing so, Jobfind contributes to building a more skilled and diverse Australian workforce.
Since 1998, Jobfind has been entrusted by the Australian Government to deliver personalised and high quality employment services to individuals and employers. Jobfind currently delivers Workforce Australia, Transition to Work, Career Transition Assistance, Employability Skills Training, ParentsNext, Time to Work, NDIS and Disability Employment Services.
Jobfind’s key focus is on assisting people experiencing high socio-economic disadvantage to access stable and sustainable employment – including the long-term unemployed, people living with disability, First Nations, young and mature-aged people.
Jobfind services also include Healthfind, its unique allied health offering available to job seekers, especially those facing mental health challenges.
Jobfind Sverige
Jobfind Sverige is the Swedish employment services subsidiary of Angus Knight Group. Our purpose at Jobfind Sweden is to support and educate people out of unemployment.
We are delivering KROM (Kundwal Rusta och Matcha) on behalf of the Swedish Government, which is a program in Sweden for people who are registered with the Swedish Public Employment Service and who are in need of individually adapted support for job or education. We provide tailor-made individual assistance to help with job hunting, applications and documents, study and career guidance, study visits and training and workshops. We also work closely with employers and broker contacts between employers and job seekers.
A till Ö Jobb & Rekrytering AB is a job coaching, training and employer matching support service. These vital services are provided across 16 sites by the A till O team who are passionate about delivering successful outcomes for the lives of the more than 1000 people they serve annually.
uLaunch
uLaunch partners with people living with disability, illness and injury to co-create new pathways to fulfilling and meaningful employment. We believe that people living with a disability deserve every opportunity to live a self-determined strong life of confidence and pride, thriving in their community.
Real Futures
Real Futures is a leader in creating real change and real growth for Australia’s First Nations peoples through its delivery of Disability Employment Services (DES), Workforce Australia Transition to Work Program (TtW), Get Ready (Pre-employment Training), Cultural Safety Training, Tailored non-vocational training and workshops, The Momentum Program, and the Community Development Program (CDP) to provide high-quality training and employment in regional and remote Australia.
Certified by Supply Nation as a majority-owned Indigenous company, Real Futures is led by an Indigenous Chair and Indigenous CEO, with around 90% of its employees identifying as Indigenous Australians. AngusKnight Pty Ltd is a proud minority shareholder.
Real Futures is also partnering with UN Women to host the Women’s Business: 2nd Chance (WBSC) Hub, a ground-breaking pilot program in Western Sydney that aims to ensure Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women have access to opportunities for quality learning, entrepreneurship and employment outcomes through education and vocational training.

Jobs 22 is an innovative joint venture founded by Angus Knight and Catch22, a not-for-profit social business based in the UK.
Jobs 22 represents a new breed of employability provider in the UK, reflecting the depth of experience and strong social values of its partners to provide a compassionate and commercial approach to getting people back to work.
The company is contracted to deliver services to 110,000 unemployed clients as part of the Restart Scheme for the UK Department for Work & Pensions. Jobs 22 also provides careers information, advice and guidance as part of the National Careers Service.

The teams at Intuitive Thinking Skills have become a model of excellence in peer led education that lends itself to partnership models committed to progressive and joined up working.
Intuitive Thinking Skills “empower people through education to take back control of their lives”, using their unique approach to developing knowledge and thinking tools. Intuitive Thinking Skills sees people’s lived experience as an asset, a place where people draw experience, knowledge, strength, and skills that when properly redirected become highly resourceful problem-solving tools.

CareerFind is an Ontario based employment services provider, working together to empower individuals, organizations, and communities through innovative employment, training, and workforce solutions across the province.
Community
RISE Ventures
RISE (Remote Indigenous Sustainable Enterprises) is a provider of the Australian Government’s Community Development Program (CDP) in Katherine, Northern Territory, and in Kowanyama/ Pormpuraaw, Queensland.
The company provides training and employment pathways for local people as well as developing business enterprises for long-term employment and economic impact. Through consultation with traditional owners and local organisations in each region, RISE Ventures identifies activities that engage communities and youth, provide training and employment, build local capacity and enhance community life.
RISE Ventures is 100% owned by Angus Knight.
RN Employment Services
RN Employment Services (formerly Rise Ngurratjuta) is a joint venture between RISE Ventures and Ngurratjuta/Pmara Ntjarra Aboriginal Corporation (a registered not-for-profit). The partnership was forged out of a meeting of values and goals to bring quality services and better outcomes to the local people of the region.
RN Employment Services provides Community Development Program (CDP) participants in the Southwest Alice, North and Barkly regions of the Northern Territory with skills and opportunities for training and employment, as well as building leadership skills in young people, nurturing small business enterprises and supporting social infrastructure.
Nyirrunggulung-Rise
Nyirrunggulung-Rise is a joint venture between the Jawoyn Association Aboriginal Corporation (a registered charity) and RISE Ventures, delivering the Community Development Program (CDP) in the central Arnhem region of the Northern Territory, including Beswick, Barunga, Binjai, Bulman and Manyallaluk.
Nyirrunggulung means ‘working together’ and Nyirrunggulung-Rise creates job opportunities, provides training and supports social infrastructure, building community hubs to nurture small business enterprises.
RISE Community Art
RISE Community Art provides an e-commerce marketplace for First Nations artists in remote Australia to showcase and sell their art, with 100% of all sales revenue received by the artist. RISE Community Art is a registered charity.
Education
Angus Knight Institute
Angus Knight Institute (AKI) is the Australian training and education division of the Angus Knight Group, dedicated to empowering people by equipping them with the skills they need for the jobs they want.
AKI makes access to training easy and cost effective for both people and businesses, working with students and employers every day to help unlock government funding programs where possible.
AKI owns three of Australia’s leading registered training organisations providing over 60 certificate, diploma and short courses in face-to-face and online environments across a wide cross section of industries, throughout Australia. These RTOs are Learning Sphere (RTO: 91718), Angus Knight Learning (RTO: 41046) and VFA Learning (RTO #22360).
As part of the Angus Knight Group, AKI has the unique ability to link training with potential employers, opening up a range of placement and employment prospects for AKI students.
Learn+Us (UK)
An accredited UK learning provider offering funded and unfunded qualifications and apprenticeships in Childcare, Early Years Education, Hairdressing, and Beauty for individuals and businesses across London and England. It is 100% owned by Angus Knight.
