The Angus Knight Institute (AKI) is our training and education division, specialising in top-quality vocational training and certificate and diploma courses for a wide cross section of industries. Training can be provided in face-to-face and online environments and may be fully subsidised, partially subsidised or fee-for-service.

At Real Futures, our passion is to appropriately skill and empower Aboriginal people to become workplace assets and community role models.

Real Futures operates the Get Ready (Pre-employment Training), Cultural Safety Training, Tailored non-vocational training and workshops, The Momentum Program, and Workforce Australia’s Transition to Work Program (TtW) to deliver support-based training and employment to end disparity for First Nations Australians.
