Disability support

A job for everybody

Putting the individual at the centre of a supportive network.

The Angus Knight Group delivers the Australian Government’s Disability Employment Services (DES) program across Australia through our businesses and partners.

The program provides support and employment solutions both for job seekers or employees with a disability, injury or health condition, and for their employers.

We also offer services and supports to clients of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Tailored and ongoing support

Across all our employment services companies and partners, Angus Knight’s approach to delivering Disability Employment Services and NDIS supports is based on getting to know each client’s capabilities and what they need in order to make the most of them.

Our specialised teams are committed to delivering tailored employment solutions by working to meet our clients’ needs, building a support network around them and helping them find suitable and sustainable employment that builds a better life and brighter future.

We also understand there are factors in and outside the workplace that affect work life balance, and our support continues after placement to help people adjust and adapt to their new work environment.
