Cameron Judson, BA, MBA, MAICD

Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director

Cameron has a wealth of experienced leading and growing large, highly people dependent service organisations. Most recently, Cameron held CEO roles with ASX-listed McGrath Limited and Chandler Macleod Group Limited. Prior to these roles, he held a range of leadership roles with Chandler Macleod, UTC Fire & Security and TNT. Cameron has also served on the boards of QANTM IP Limited and Limeade Limited, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from UNSW.

Duncan Angus

Founder and Executive Director

Duncan entered the hospitality industry in 1985, serving in a number of managerial capacities and later focusing on recruitment services to the industry. In 1991, Peter Knight and Duncan founded Angus Knight as a training services company, which successfully expanded operations throughout Australia, delivering training programs in every State. In 1998, Duncan led Angus Knight in a successful bid for the Federal Government’s Employment Services Contract and most recently growth success in the UK CAEHRS tenders and the recent acquisition of a large and successful training company, Learning Sphere, in Western Sydney. As Executive Director, Duncan will focus his efforts on the Groups broader growth agenda. Duncan’s vision has always been to assist people and organisations in developing their full potential using the concept of ‘lifelong learning’.

Michael Hobday

Chairman

Michael Hobday has 25 years experience in the Commonwealth and QLD state governments and 15 years as a CEO in the human services industry. Michael has been at the forefront of business performance and policy development at an international and national level and prides himself on the philosophy of “helping to build stronger communities”. Michael has a Bachelor of Arts and Post Graduate qualifications in Industrial Relations and Marketing.

Andrew Smith

Independent Director
(Member of Quality, Integrity and Risk Committee)

Andrew Smith is a proud Wiradjuri man of the Tubba-Gah people. Andrew is also a Governor (Non-Executive Director) of the NSW Law and Justice Foundation, an entity incorporated by statute. He holds a Bachelor of Arts/LLB and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in August 2005. Andrew was called to the NSW Bar in 2009. Since being called to the Bar, Andrew has appeared in superior and inferior courts of record in multiple jurisdictions as well as various federal and state Tribunals. Andrew primarily practices in the areas of building and construction, corporate insolvency, commercial, equity and mortgage and securities law. Andrew is currently undertaking part-time higher degree research at the University of New England in which he is writing a thesis in respect of potential wholesale reforms to Australia’s insolvent trading laws.

Zara Curtis

Independent Director

Zara has spent more than twenty years building successful media brands and led large teams in publishing, digital, TV production and brand marketing. A passionate champion of using technology and storytelling to change the way brands and businesses interact with customers both now and in the future, Zara describes herself as “A leader of innovation, creativity, and people for commercial business success”. Zara is currently employed as Director of Content and Customer Engagement, IAG. She has a Bachelor of Communication – Journalism, (Charles Sturt University) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

John Hart

Independent Director

John Hart is Executive Director of Restaurant & Catering Australia, Executive Director of Business Group Australia, Executive Chair of Australian Chamber – Tourism, Chair of Tourism Training Australia and on the Board of Tourism Australia, the Australian Business Register and Food Standards Australia and New Zealand. John was Chief Executive Officer of Restaurant & Catering Australia between 1999 and 2017. John has spent over 30 years working in the hospitality industry in operational, HR and IR roles, trained in food and beverage management at the Ecole Hotelliere Lausanne, in Switzerland, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Business Law.

Elizabeth Crouch
FAICD AM

Non Executive Director

Elizabeth Crouch AM is Chair of the Sydney Children’s Hospital Network, the Customer Owned Banking Association and SGS Economics and Planning. She is a non-Executive Director of ASX listed ReadyTech Holdings and the recently privatised Bingo Industries where she led the Independent Board Committee that had oversight of this $2.6B transaction. Ms Crouch is also on the Boards of NSW Institute of Sport and Health Infrastructure and is Emeritus Deputy Chancellor of Macquarie University. Her previous roles include as a NED with Chandler Macleod Group, McGrath Estate Agents, RailCorp and Macquarie University Hospital and as a former Trustee of the Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences. She spent 16 years with the Federal Government and more than a decade in the private sector including as Chief Executive of the Housing Industry Association. Ms Crouch holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Cyber Security. She was awarded an Order of Australia for services to higher education and the rail transport sector and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
