  • 2021 - 2021

    • Angus Knight Group celebrates 30 years of empowering people.
    • We acquire VFA.
    • Jobs 22 wins a major contract in the UK supporting over 110,000 people.

  • 2020 - 2020

    • We acquire Learning Sphere and Learn plus US (UK).
    • Angus Knight and 200+ year old charity Catch22 form Jobs 22 in the UK.
    • Real Futures launches Women’s Business: Second Chance Hub with UN Women and BHP Foundation.

  • 2019 - 2019

    • Nyirrunggulung-RISE formed in partnership with Jawoyn Association Aboriginal Corporation.

  • 2018 - 2018

    • Angus Knight partners with Life Without Barriers and starts Joblife.
    • RISE-Ngurratjuta (now RN Employment Services) formed in partnership with Ngurratjuta/Pmara Ntjarra Aboriginal Corporation.
    • Two new training companies, Core Industry Training and Jigsaw Training became part of the Angus Knight Group.

  • 2017 - 2017

    • Angus Knight acquires Direct Recruitment.
    • Angus Knight buys minority shareholding in Supply Nation Certified (Majority Indigenous Owned) business Real Futures.

  • 2013 - 2013

    • Jobfind begins delivering services under the Remote Jobs and Communities Program (RJCP) in Queensland and the Northern Territory.

  • 2009 - 2009

    • Jobfind becomes one of the largest Job Services Australia (JSA) providers in the country.
    • Jobfind begins to deliver services under the Government’s re-launched Community Development Employment Projects (CDEP) program to assist Indigenous individuals and communities

  • 1999 - 1999

    • Angus Knight invested in eLearning and the vocational education and training market. We formed Click2Learn (later renamed SumTotal) and the acquired Omni – from the ANZ Bank.

  • 1998 - 1998

    • Angus Knight Group successfully bid for the Federal Government’s Employment Services Contract (ESC) – being awarded 16 sites and becoming a foundation member of the Job Network.
    • Over the next decade, through a number of acquisitions and successful tenders, Angus Knight built the largest private provider of workforce development in Australia.

  • 1991 - 1991

    • The Angus Knight Group was founded by Duncan Angus and Peter Knight to deliver hospitality training.
    • Our first office was in Scott’s Church building in the city of Sydney and the vision was simple: to help people on their journey into work. More than training, it was about supporting their self-belief and empowering them, ideals we still hold true today.
